Our opening
hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.00pm Saturdays
10.00am to 4.00pm (we are closed on all bank holidays
and on the Saturdays that precede them).

We try and
keep our prices keen but we may be able to offer better
rates on larger quantities on some of our products -

I want my order quickly, when can I expect to receive
it?
We try to
despatch all orders received by 3.00pm and use next day
carriers or Royal Mail 1st class recorded post.

unsent or back orders?
If we are out
of stock of an item you will need to reorder again. We
do not keep back orders.

Unfortunately
we do not accept returned goods but we will of course
change faulty items or refund if appropriate.

Is your shop
wheelchair friendly?
Yes, we have
our own car park off-road and a ramp into the shop. Our
staff will also give you every assistance - just ask!

Do you
hold workshops & classes?
Yes we hold
regular full day, morning or evening workshop classes
throughout the year, suitable for both novice and the
experienced crafter teaching you a wide range of
techniques in card making and scrap booking in a
hands-on friendly environment. (Unfortunately these are
held upstairs and are not accessible to wheelchair users
- sorry, but we are working on that!).
